Expedited Shipping Costs:
Expedited shipping incurs an additional charge, calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of the order.

4. Delivery Locations:

Domestic Shipping (India):
We deliver to most locations across India. Some remote or difficult-to-reach areas may have longer delivery times or limited delivery options. In such cases, our customer service team will contact you with further information.

International Shipping:

5. Delivery Timelines:

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Puremoonearth.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment through our courier partner’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within the specified processing time, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries:

If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, our courier partner will usually make one or two additional delivery attempts. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to confirm the details and arrange for a re-delivery or refund (excluding the shipping fees, if applicable).

9. Important Information:

Delivery to PO Boxes:
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a full residential or business address for delivery.

Multiple Shipments:
For orders containing multiple items, we may ship the products separately, depending on stock availability. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
